Today I tried my hand at making Pork Ramen. It took about 7 hours at 300° to get the pork shoulder tender enough that I could easily shred it. Gochujang and a sliced Serrano pepper helped make the broth a little bit spicy. Bamboo, spinach, shiitake mushrooms and spinach were out veggies of choice.
For being my first time making it, it turned out really good. Definitely making it again.
