I absolutely love, love, love grilled meats. It doesn’t matter if it’s beef, chicken, shrimp. But one of my top favorite things to grill is short-ribs. My favorite way to prepare them is marinated in beer and I prefer to use Bud Light.
Beer marinated Grilled Short-Ribs are one of the easiest Mexican dishes you can make. They’re a favorte of my entire family.
One of the things I love most about the summer is that my family gets together every weekend, sometimes just to eat together. And these short-ribs are on the menu about 85% of the time because everyone loves them and they’re so easy to make.
The first time I made them for my husband, he liked them so much he now asks me to make them pretty often during the summer.
I like to pull mine off the bone and eat them with tortillas and salsa, like a short-rib taco. So good!! They also go great with a side or rice and beans. And, my favorite grilled vegetable (or is it a fruit??) corn on the cob. I could eat corn on the cob everyday.
