Sweet Fruit Salad (Fruta en Yogurt)

Sweet fruit salad finished product displayed in a large mason jar.

This sweet fruit snack is one of my all-time favorite desserts/snacks (and there’s A LOT of them). Sweet Fruit Salad is definitely one of my family’s go to party/ get together desserts. You’ll find this anywhere from birthday parties, to baptisms, to gender reveals.

This is a sweet fruit snack people of all ages can enjoy.

Fun(ny) Fact:

In my family we refer to this as yogurt or fruta en yogurt (fruit in yogurt), but there is no yogurt in this recipe 😂 My husband finds it weird, I guess we’re just weird people.

My husband is particularly fond of this dessert and our puppy, Darwin, loves when I make it because he always gets the couple pieces of apple I inevitable drop on the floor.

This dessert/snack has fresh fruits, nuts, and sweet, sweet condensed milk. What more could you ask for?

Sweet Fruit Salad Recipe Instructions

We all know this step but I’ll add it anyway, we start by washing our fruit and chopping our pecans (you can also use walnuts).

Then, chop apples and pineapples into about 1/4 inch pieces (I used pineapple I’d previously chopped) and drop into bowl.
